MANAGING FOR PROFIT
Whether starting a new business from scratch or reviewing the profitability of one that is already up and running, Managing For Profit is an invaluable learning tool. It consists of a workshop where students work in teams to manufacture goods and bid for contracts which satisfy the Client. Only the winning team – the one left with the most Real Profit - gets the champagne.
Summary: Students are given case-studies and lectures on Business Planning and Real Profitability before being teamed-up to "play" against each other. All refreshments and work materials are provided.
