EQUALITY & DIVERSITY
Britain leads the world in outlawing many forms of discrimination. Legislation Already covers discrimination based on race, religion, sexual orienation and age. Recent legislation covers the rights of the disabled and a new Act is planned for later in 2010.
This course outlines the current legislative position and goes on to discuss Best Practice in the workplace and how to build positive attitudes to equal opportunities.
